Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive significant growth. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand's identity, executing innovative campaigns, and optimizing our online and offline presence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Marketing Strategy:

  1. Develop and implement a robust brand strategy that resonates with our target audience.
  2. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including product descriptions, visuals, and promotional content.
  3. Manage the brand's social media presence, engaging with our community and driving brand awareness.
  4. Collaborate with different business units to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
  5. Analyse marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
  6. Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact and return on investment.
  7. Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to the company's growth.

E-commerce Strategy & Execution:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
  2. Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  3. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  4. Oversee online advertising campaigns, analysing data to optimize performance.
  5. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

Team Leadership & Management:

  1. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
  2. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing team.
  3. Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  4. Adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences while assigning clear responsibilities and delegating tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
  3. Proven track record of driving revenue and brand growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  4. Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  7. Experience with SEO & SCM.
  8. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer loyalty programs.
  9. Proactive, hands-on, able to work independently, organized, and a team player.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  12. Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
