About the role

  • An enthusiastic individual who loves what he/she does and is creative in executing a multi-channel marketing plan in a B2B environment.
  • An experienced marketing manager who has passion and ownership of his/her marketing campaigns, strives to deliver and constantly thinks of how to engage the customers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Project Manager and/or Project Director to achieve KPIs.
  • Strategize, implement and manage an effective multi-channel marketing plan including online to offline, PR and database management.
  • Measure, analyse and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage timeline.
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team to drive space sales, sponsorship and digital revenue.
  • Evaluate customer feedback, market conditions and competitor data to develop a deep understanding of the customers and industry, in order to drive effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated with at least 5 years of marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven event marketing experience or experience in multi-channel marketing including database management and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative with a continuous drive to grow the visitorship.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage external stakeholders and work effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous and pays attention to details.
