Due to our overseas expansion, we are looking for a high energy and creative Marketing Manager. This role requires a versatile marketing professional who can manage various aspects of online marketing while maintaining consistency with the brand’s Group vision. With a focus on performance, design, and community, the position seems ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Marketing and Online Advertising:
    • Managing Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
    • Creating, optimizing, and tracking performance for ads on platforms like Instagram (IG), Facebook (FB), and Google Analytics/Keywords.
    • Continuous performance analysis, optimization, and reporting for all ad campaigns.
  2. SEO:
    • Implementing and monitoring SEO strategies to increase organic reach and performance.
    • Analyzing keywords, content, and website performance to ensure search engine ranking improvements.
  3. Content Copywriting:
    • Creating engaging and persuasive copy for ads, website, and social media platforms.
    • Developing content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  4. Social Media Management:
    • Planning, managing, and creating content for Instagram and Facebook.
    • Reposting IG Stories and promotions to engage with the community and raise brand awareness.
    • Managing TikTok and YouTube content and fostering growth on the platform.
  5. Graphic Design:
    • Designing localized and on-brand graphics for digital content.
    • Creating marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional banners.
    • Developing visually compelling designs that support campaigns and events.
  6. Community Building and Engagement:
    • Engaging with the community across Facebook, Instagram, and offline platforms by liking, commenting, and promoting the brand’s nutritional principles.
    • Building awareness and establishing a strong community presence.
  7. Influencer Marketing:
    • Managing influencer collaborations, including selection, coordination, and direction.
    • Working with our Customer Solutions team to ensure influencer content aligns with the brand’s goals.
  8. Email Marketing (EDM):
    • Creating and sending out newsletters and emails to update and engage our BOM BOM clientele.
    • Analyzing email campaign performance and making adjustments for better results.
  9. Event Planning and Support:
    • Support and planning for both online and offline events to maximize conversion and brand awareness.
    • Ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand consistency.
  10. Group Oversight and Group Coordination:
    • Ensuring that all Global marketing team members adhere to the brand's guidelines and marketing strategies.
    • Compiling Group reports for the CEO.
    • Aligning Group branding and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, copywriting, and graphic design.
    • Proven track record in performance marketing, particularly with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, with a focus on minimalist, engaging designs.
  2. Key Traits:
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Performance-driven and capable of analyzing data to drive improvements.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating with international teams.
