Job description

A leading automotive company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Reporting to the management, the Marketing Manager will oversee a Marketing team and work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee product marketing plans, including pricing strategies, positioning, and messaging for new and existing automotive products.
• Plan and execute automotive industry events such as roadshows, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches to promote car rentals and automotive services.
• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and drive business growth.
• Develop and oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website management.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team to create sales collateral, lead generation strategies, and marketing support materials.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that maximize ROI.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.
• Develop compelling marketing copy for various platforms, including websites, brochures, advertisements, and social media.
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Handle crisis communication strategies and manage brand reputation.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in managerial position.
• Have proven success in project management, event execution, and strategic planning.
• Experience in organizing and managing roadshows, exhibitions, and out-of-home advertising campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
