Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and work closely with the CEO in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the group and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company’s brand presence, managing digital platforms, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
    • Develop and implement short-term, mid-term, and long-term marketing strategies for the group.
    • Align marketing plans with the company’s business objectives and growth vision.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
  2. Digital Presence & Website Management:
    • Create, update, and maintain individual websites, Facebook pages, and LinkedIn profiles for the group and its subsidiaries.
    • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and user experience across all digital platforms.
    • Manage content creation, SEO optimization, and digital engagement strategies.
  3. Sales Lead Generation Support:
    • Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads for the respective subsidiaries.
    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
    • Track and analyze marketing performance to enhance lead generation strategies.
  4. Branding & Internal Communications:
    • Create and maintain a strong, cohesive branding strategy across all subsidiaries.
    • Develop marketing materials, corporate presentations, and communication tools.
    • Oversee the development and management of the company’s intranet to enhance internal communication and engagement.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or group structure.
  • • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
  • • Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
  • • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • • Ability to work closely with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
