Your objectives include showcasing the brand as an authoritative figure in the dessert/pastry scene, spanning across digital marketing & online advertising, brand development, lead generation, social media & press management, email campaigns/marketing, and CRM.
Digital Marketing & Online Advertising 1. E-commerce Management: Maintain and optimise the company's e-commerce platform to enhance user experience, drive online sales, and maximise conversion rates. Monitor website performance, analyse customer behaviour, and implement improvements to the overall e-commerce experience. 2. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including crafting engaging social media content, designing targeted email marketing strategies, and implementing SEO and SEM best practices to improve digital visibility and drive traffic.
Brand Development 1. Brand Positioning: Effectively connect with target audiences through consistent brand messaging and tone of voice. Establish brand guidelines to ensure coherence across all marketing channels. 2. Brand Awareness: Enhance brand recognition in Singapore by executing impactful marketing campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels. Increase awareness of the brand's values, products, and services.
Lead Generation 1. Lead Generation Strategies: Implement a comprehensive lead generation plan using online and offline channels to attract potential customers to outlets and digital storefronts. Leverage social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM optimisation, and targeted advertising to engage potential leads. 2. Sales Enablement: Provide marketing support to sales and business development by creating tailored sales tools, training materials, and resources to equip them with necessary information to engage potential customers effectively.
Social Media & Press Management 1. Manage the company's social media accounts, developing engaging content, photography, and video content for marketing purposes. Work closely with the internal team to brainstorm and execute effective marketing plans and campaigns. 2. Create schedules and calendar plans for content releases. Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and media for invited tastings/media drops. Support/spearhead events to boost brand awareness/profile. 3. Manage relationships with external agencies, such as public relations and social media management companies, to ensure collaboration and execution of marketing initiatives.
CRM Creation 1. Design, implement, and manage a customer relationship management (CRM) system to capture and nurture leads effectively. Develop personalised communication strategies, track customer interactions, and automate lead nurturing processes to maximise conversion into loyal customers.
