Marketing Head

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Singapore based company in the hospitality and lifestyle industry with a global presence in multiple countries is currently looking for a Marketing Head to join their team.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of 10 to raise the brand reputation and recognition for the company’s Beauty and F&B business units. This role involves crafting high-performing marketing strategies to improve business performance across online and offline channels, implementing these strategies, and ensuring the effectiveness of the engagement.

Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, evaluating campaign outcomes, communicating marketing objectives to both the team and organization, and improving/creating best practices to develop a marketing plan across the organization.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent. Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the marketing industry, with 3 – 5 years of experience in the Beauty and F&B industry.
3. Previous experience in leading a team.
4. Strong knowledge in content creation, SEO/SEM, PPC, CRM, and digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing.
5. Additional qualifications from Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, the Institute of Data and Marketing, or the Digital Marketing Institute are advantageous.
