Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote company services.
Manage digital properties including website, social media, blogging, CRM and marketing related tools to drive lead generation.
Achieve and maintain ranking for website including use of best practices in SEM.
Prepare marketing content (e.g., EDM, social media posting) every month.
Collate reports for SEO, SEM, EDM and other digital marketing tools.
Create compelling content tailored for our target audience, reflecting our industry-leading container and modular construction solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital campaigns with business goals.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends to keep our brand ahead in the competitive construction industry.
Liaise with partners, vendors and other teams to achieve above.
Design and develop content for marketing collaterals (online & offline) to support various brochures, banners, promotions, campaigns, web and catalogue designing.
Web design, development & maintenance.
Design, manage & execute creative ideas to create digital design work for company’s web properties, social media accounts and e-commerce platforms.
Assist in content creation and manage content delivery on web properties and social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business) to attract leads.
Manage digital marketing to improve traffic and web ranking for leads generation.
Create & establish the look and feel of the brand/campaigns in order to develop leads and stimulate sales.
Search & coordinate the production of marketing collaterals with potential vendors whenever necessary as well as preparing of budget.
Conceptualize and implement promotions and campaigns to promote sales and product knowledge among internal and external stakeholders.
Support in tracking demographic trends and performance indications and generate report and presentations.
Create new converting and interactive design/layout in order to support the marketing team in optimizing their content and inbound marketing strategies.
Maintain a marketing calendar to track all above activities.
Track demographic trends, performance indications and generate reports.
Coordinate marketing collaterals with potential vendors whenever necessary.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
Min 1-2 years of working experience.
Well versed in Social media, SEO & SEM.
Competent with Graphic Design, Video Editing & Web Editing.
Knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, i.e., Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required.
Photography and videography skills preferred.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Excellent English writing skills.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication attributes.
Proactive team player, responsible, self-driven and organised.
Able to handle work pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
