Job description

Job Description:

  1. Plan, propose and drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including A&P related activities, digital media and partnerships that align with business goals to increase brand awareness and footfall at outlets.
  2. Plan, propose and drive the development of customer engagement and retention strategies.
  3. Work in tandem with designers, vendors, and the Operations team to ensure timely production, delivery, and activation of new campaigns/promotions.
  4. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  5. Assist in preparing performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and CRM activities, providing recommendations related to competitive product offers, pricing, content, and consumer engagement for in-store, aggregators, and eCommerce channels.
  6. Assist in tracking and monitoring of the marketing budget and expenditure for maximum returns.
  7. Assist in implementing effective marketing campaigns to enhance both paid and organic marketing performance, aiming to achieve goals for customer loyalty, acquisition, engagement, and revenue in eCommerce channels.
  8. Manage and oversee online community engagement.
  9. Plan, oversee, and create an engaging content calendar and digital assets to increase brand outreach and consumer awareness for the website and social media platforms.
  10. Identify and collaborate with KOLs/partnerships that drive brand awareness and conversions.
  11. Assist in the adaptation, production, and updating of in-store and digital marketing and branding assets when required.
  12. Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaigns and promotions, ensuring strategic alignment with departments when required.
  13. Undertake daily marketing administration tasks and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. University graduate in Business Management/Marketing/Mass Communications.
  2. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B industry. Candidates with prior experience working with creative and Public Relations agencies are welcomed.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe design software preferred.
  4. Good written and oral communication skills; able to communicate in Mandarin and translate content from English to Chinese.
  5. Experience working with major web analytics and reporting tools.
  6. Video-taking/editing and photography experience is a plus.
  7. Good time management, meticulous attention to detail, organized, and efficient.
  8. Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and good analytical skills.
  9. Positive, enthusiastic, and resourceful team player who can collaborate well and is focused on achieving the best outcomes.
