Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and retain customers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Manage the marketing budget, coordinate campaigns with the sales team, and evaluate ROI using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.
3. Establish budgets, sales targets, and pricing strategies for distributors to adhere to.
4. Foster strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
5. Assess the effectiveness of marketing communications across various channels (PPC, content, social media, etc.) and collaborate on product launches.
6. Possess knowledge of PSI (Purchase Sales Inventory).
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance product offerings and expand market share.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, fashion, or apparel.
3. Strong background in product marketing is highly desirable.
4. Experience in executing product campaigns.
