Job description

PRIMARY FUNCTION

• To execute the Brand’s New Launch and Promotional Calendar to meet Brand’s strategic priorities.

• On-going collaboration with Retailers on campaigns, trade requests, promotion and communication proposals in support of each Partner Store.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

BRAND MARKETING CALENDAR

  • Work closely with GM to plan and maintain the Brand’s launch and promotional calendar that is aligned with Brand’s Business needs.
  • To work closely with GM to deploy the Go To Market Toolkit.
  • Ensuring all regional, global updates are properly downloaded, filed and disseminated to the relevant teams.

CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT

  • RETAIL EVENTS
  • To assist GM on planning, co-ordination and execution of retail events for all stores.
  • To manage roll-out of Events, including liaising with vendors within allocated budget, managing the event set up and flow, briefing the store teams.
  • Prepare all promotional tools, communications materials and briefs to sales team.
  • Support GM in follow-up with Retailers on partnerships of Retailer Store Events, Retailer Communication or in all other third party marketing partnerships.
  • Track all Promotional campaigns to understand insights and ROI with post-mortem analysis.
  • PR
  • Ensure all new “news” is communicated timely to our selected media and influencers according to our marketing calendar.
  • Prepare and disseminate press release and products to media and influencers.
  • To assist the GM to brief, manage and co-run all PR events together.
  • To check all monthly PR reports to ensure that the ROI is correct and then submitted on time to regional.
  • CRM
  • Prepare and update CRM calendars to ensure consistency with brand’s marketing strategic direction.
  • Manage various CRM communication, initiatives and campaigns which include sampling, SMS, direct mailer and EDMs.
  • Execute the customer loyalty program.
  • Pulling out monthly CRM data statistics for analysis and review.
  • DIGITAL / SOCIAL
  • To localize global artwork creatives / briefs as required for local social media uploads.
  • To manage the communications calendar and working closely with regional team to ensure consistency with offline and online campaigns and uploads.
  • To support regional digital team for all the monthly campaign mechanics / social assets / visuals for our e-commerce platform.
  • MONTHLY REPORTS
  • Monthly PR tracking report.
  • Monthly CRM reports.
  • Quarterly e-commerce sales reports.
  • New launch reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business Management/Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Marketing experience in retail is required - skincare, beauty experience is a plus.
  • Keen interest in beauty luxury industry with a passion for brand advocacy work.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven self-starter possessing a positive, poised and well-groomed disposition and ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dynamic collaborator and team player who is able to work well and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Results driven, objective oriented and able to work well independently and in teams.
  • Creative, open-minded, with strong visual sense.
  • Meticulous and organized, with an eye for detail to work in a fast-paced environment.
