Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Maintain and evolve the brand identity to stay competitive in market.
Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with target audiences.
Ensure consistency and alignment of brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive sales, and promote brand loyalty.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to communicate brand messages effectively.
Develop compelling content for various channels, including advertising, website, email, and print materials.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize results.
2. Content Creation and Management:
Develop a social media content calendar, plan and coordinate content creation schedules.
Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling and engaging content.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations to foster positive relationships with our audience.
3. Influencer Partnerships:
Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
Collaborate with influencers on sponsored content, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide insights for improvement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
Provide support for integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
6. Others:
Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the Brand Development Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is desired.
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management/digital marketing is required, preferably in F&B business.
Understanding of Korean culture and some degree of proficiency in Korean language is desired.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, storytelling, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and content creation.
High consumer/customer service orientation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
