Job description
  1. Brand Development and Communication:
  • Overseeing any aspect of marketing related to a company’s brand, and ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity to stay competitive in market.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive sales, and promote brand loyalty.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to communicate brand messages effectively.
  • Develop compelling content for various channels, including advertising, website, email, and print materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize results.

2. Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop a social media content calendar, plan and coordinate content creation schedules.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling and engaging content.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations to foster positive relationships with our audience.

3. Influencer Partnerships:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers on sponsored content, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide insights for improvement.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Provide support for integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

6. Others:

  • Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the Brand Development Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is desired.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management/digital marketing is required, preferably in F&B business.
  • Understanding of Korean culture and some degree of proficiency in Korean language is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, storytelling, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and content creation.
  • High consumer/customer service orientation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
