Marketing Executive (CRM)

Job Description:

1. Manage CRM programs, campaigns, and the budget of CRM and loyalty activities.
2. Plan customer journey map to boost brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and retention.
3. Optimize CRM assets and relational contents to drive customer engagement and loyalty across key touchpoints.
4. Effective segmentation across multiple communication channels (EDM, SMS, and Mobile Application).
5. Lead CRM initiatives and work closely with the regional marketing team to formulate marketing campaign plans.
6. Work closely with related members to plan and execute holistic marketing initiatives/marketing communications for G-SHOCK store/strategic retailers/online in Singapore, but not limited to the channel.
7. Enhance the functionality, design, and user experience on the CRM and EC platforms.
8. Drive database traffic to relevant proprietary platforms and ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
9. Lead the current CRM initiatives in Singapore including conceptualizing CRM strategies and managing the Casio ID program to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
10. Overall in charge of CASIO ID CRM to acquire new users and drive repeated purchases.
11. Research and analyze CRM data, campaign effectiveness, market trends, and recommend best practices for future campaigns.
12. Propose effective CRM strategies to maintain strong brand presence and achieve EC KPIs.
13. Work closely with marketing, planning, and sales members for Public Relations activities for Singapore.
14. Overall in charge of local KOL marketing to drive brand awareness.

Requirements:

1. Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
2. 2-5 years relevant working experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in CRM.
3. Digitally savvy and familiar with CRM applications, data analytics, and graphics design.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Skills especially PPT and Excel.
