Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive (Content) to develop engaging visual content that enhances our brand presence across digital and print platforms.

This role is specifically for the aesthetic industry, requiring an eye for design, beauty, and branding. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and experience with various design tools and multimedia formats. This is a fast-paced role where meeting tight deadlines is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for social media, websites, marketing materials, and advertisements.
  • Develop graphics, GIFs, and video content to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and internal teams to ensure a consistent brand identity.
  • Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Edit and retouch images, ensuring high visual quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Work closely with copywriters to pair compelling visuals with engaging messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software Canva is needed.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and have a strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram and Meta, with knowledge of how to optimize visual content for engagement.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs.
  • General marketing knowledge is required to excel in this role.

Good to have but not necessary:

  • Experience with video editing.
  • Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS skills.
  • Photography and photo-editing skills.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
