Marketing Executive (Beauty Industry / Up-to $4k)

OMNI Campaign Execution

• Execute campaign initiatives not limiting to campaign set up, brand events in-store and mall communication.
• Devise communications plan and coordinate with channels (ecommerce, social and paid) to ensure coverage of all brand's channels.
• Set up promotion for both online and retail stores - working with onsite and retail operations respectively.
• Perform hygiene checks for campaigns to ensure smooth customer journey (example, assets live as scheduled, landing page optimisation, accurate copy and visuals on assets).
• Procurement of gifts with purchase (GWP) - from ideation, to sourcing and ordering, and coordination with Supply Chain for activation.
• Perform post-mortem analysis for campaigns.

Oversee Retail Channel:

• Take ownership of retail channel for campaigns and activations.
• Manage retail touchpoints to enhance customer experience (example, digital screens, hanging signages).
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns on an operational level by working closely with retail team.
• Ensure point of sales materials (POSM) preparation with external vendors.
• Collaborate with malls for partnership initiatives to drive store traffic and sales, and to secure marketing support for key commercial campaigns.
• Prepare weekly Marketing Action Box report to brief retail team on upcoming activations.
• Conduct monthly post-mortem report to monitor performance of store promotions.

Others:

• Raising of purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintenance of Marketing Expense Tracker.
• Work closely with Finance for any billback tracking.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor holder, majoring in Marketing or Business administration.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in beauty industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, SQL and Google Analytics experience will be advantageous.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellence in project & time management.
