Marketing Executive (3 Months Temporary)
The Marketing Executive (3 Months Temporary) is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of approved marketing plans and activities in achieving the company’s business and brands’ objectives. The incumbent will be an integral member of the Marketing Department, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, and cross-functional teams like supply chain and finance.
You will play an essential role to:
- Brand Marketing
- Develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Liaise with agencies and partners for channel and shopper marketing programmes and activations.
- Assist the Marketing teams with annual marketing plan, 360 plan inclusive of communication strategies and plan.
- Channel and Shopper Marketing
- Manage and champion the development of content, materials and execution of campaigns and plans.
- Liaise with agencies and partners for channel and shopper marketing programmes and activations.
- Collaborate with Sales and engage in market research, to provide regular channel insights, shopper trends, market pricing, and promotion effectiveness, to provide recommendations to the brand strategies and promotional plans.
- Reporting and Administration
- Monthly reports, post evaluation and learnings of brand activities and campaigns.
- Competitive analysis which includes monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing competitors’ activities such as pricing, communications, launches, marketing activities, and market share.
- Processing bills, A&P tracking, and maintaining the budget while continuously aiming for improved efficiencies and cost savings for effective spending.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
- At least 1 - 2 years of FMCG Marketing &/or Consumer/Trade Marketing experience.
- Proactive in generating new ideas, with a passion to drive improvements and support change.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, meticulous and resourceful.
- Analytical mind to be able to draw correlations and trends from data.
