Job description

As a Marketing Executive at ASTALIFT Singapore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for retail stores and omnichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment with ASTALIFT’ s overall business objectives. You will oversee and manage the seamless execution of marketing campaigns across retail stores, while also developing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can drive successful marketing initiatives and support the brand's growth.

Retail Marketing

  1. Plan and support retail store strategies and activations, including promotions and events.
  2. Manage and ensure the smooth execution of all marketing initiatives across all touchpoints, including digital screens, in-store displays, and promotional signage.
  3. Collaborate with third-party and mall partners to drive store traffic and sales, while securing marketing support for key campaigns.
  4. Oversee the preparation and deployment of point-of-sale materials (POSM) and lightboxes, ensuring timely and accurate execution with external vendors.
  5. Create and design artwork for various marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
  6. Oversee monthly marketing and sales reports to brief the retail team on upcoming activations and ensure clear communication.
  7. Conduct post-mortem reports to analyze the performance of retail campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  8. Foster strong collaboration with marketing and retail teams to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.

CRM Management

  1. Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  2. Manage customer data while ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
  3. Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and retail teams to create targeted campaigns.
  5. Explore collaborations with external partners to bring value-added benefits to our members.
  6. Provide support and training to the retail team on CRM tools and best practices.
  7. Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and KPIs.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or a Marketing-related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in the Beauty Retail industry.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and execution abilities.
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in driving campaigns and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence internal stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for general lifestyle and consumer beauty products.
