Job description

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Executive to drive our Sales and Marketing efforts and enhance our sales activities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, maintaining our website, optimizing SEO, and collaborating with our Sales Teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that support sales pipeline goals.
  2. Plan, design and manage email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  3. Coordinate with SEO vendor and utilize SEO best practices to optimize digital content for search engines and increase organic visibility.
  4. Manage, update and enhance the corporate website, ensuring it aligns with current marketing goals.
  5. Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and articles for the corporate website.
  6. Develop and design all marketing collateral, adhering to our company's tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
  7. Oversee the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging.
  8. Plan and execute key company events such as Seminars, Webinars, Workshops, etc., aiming to increase service awareness and generate leads.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
  10. Contribute to the improvements and development of new programs and campaigns.
  11. Provide creative marketing ideas and collaborate with the Sales Team to implement them.
  12. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  13. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  14. Oversee and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly marketing administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Key Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  3. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Google Search Console (GSC), CRM, email marketing, WordPress, and social media.
  4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Meticulous, attention to detail, organized, and efficient.
  8. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Animation, and Video Editing skills will be an advantage.
  9. Strong organizational and project management skills.
