About the role
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in executing the marketing strategy and supporting the promotion of our Holiday Camp and Academy programs. Working closely with the Head of Camp Asia, cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive initiatives that attract and engage customers, increase brand awareness, and maintain our leadership position in the market. We seek a marketing professional with a strategic mind, a creative spark, and the energy to thrive in a high-impact role.
Who we are looking for:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with an ability to create engaging, persuasive content for a family-focused audience.
- Campaign Management: Skilled in planning and executing cross-channel campaigns, from ideation through to performance analysis and optimization.
- Creativity and Design Sense: Ability to conceptualize visually appealing marketing materials; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is preferred.
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Social Media Management: Practical experience managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with a strategic approach to growing engagement.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine interest in understanding our target audience—families and children—and a commitment to serving their needs through relevant, value-driven content.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Highly driven, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and seek continuous improvement.
