Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Executive for Product Marketing & Marcomms Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting product marketing efforts, executing marketing communications (Marcomms) strategies, and organising events to promote our corporate brand and products. You will work closely with various teams to develop compelling messaging, manage marketing materials, and ensure the successful execution of events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, development and execution of marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop, refine and maintain product positioning, messaging and key value propositions.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral such as product brochures, sales decks, presentation slides, demonstration kits, factsheets and white papers.
  • Coordinate and organise internal and external marketing events, webinars and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Coordination and execution of product launches and updates, ensuring timely and effective communication across all platforms.
  • Track, monitor and analyse the performance of product marketing initiatives and campaigns such as sign-up rates and leads generation, providing insights for optimisation.
  • Support corporate marketing and communications in managing public relations, social media outreach and internal communications.
  • Responsible for corporate website and all social media platform contents including content development, website design, maintaining and updating of contents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing communications, product marketing, event management, and related fields is required for this position.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and product marketing strategies and how to create content that drives engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling graphics, promotional materials, and videos that support marketing objectives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media strategies, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a definite advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates with software or technology experience is an added advantage.
