Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the General Manager to execute the annual marketing and event calendar, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.
  2. Set clear marketing goals and KPIs, managing the allocated budget alongside internal teams and external partners.
  3. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive integrated marketing and communication plan, tailored to enhance customer journey touchpoints and drive in-store traffic.
  4. Partner with content and social media teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across digital platforms.
  5. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and channels, ensuring alignment with company identity and values.
  6. Oversee customer engagement initiatives, including effective email communications, eDMs, e-lookbooks, and more.
  7. Build strategic partnerships with aligned brands to expand our audience and reach new customer segments.
  8. Plan and execute brand events and marketing activations to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  9. Create and implement commercial action plans aimed at business growth, targeting key customer segments such as locals, tourists, and specific product categories (e.g., slow movers, seasonal items).
  10. Collaborate with the merchandising team to provide valuable feedback for product development and positioning.
  11. Work closely with the retail team to design in-store activities and events that foster strong customer engagement and enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  2. At least 2-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  3. Solid understanding of marketing and social media strategies, with hands-on experience in both areas.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on performance metrics.
  5. Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
