Job description

The Marketing & Events Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of B2B marketing strategies and events. This hybrid role combines strategic marketing for business-to-business relationships and the creative, logistical execution of large-scale events aimed at elevating the NTUC Club's brand visibility, fostering valuable partnerships, and driving attendance.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that all marketing campaigns and events are aligned with company objectives, deliver measurable results, and strengthen our positioning in the market. A deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, combined with hands-on experience in managing signature events, is essential for success in this role.

Primary duties will include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at building and nurturing relationships with key target audiences.

• Develop compelling marketing materials and presentations to showcase the value proposition of NTUC Club's offerings for B2B audiences.

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through targeted outreach, email nurturing series, and content development for B2B audiences.

• Develop and oversee the execution of cross-platform marketing strategies, integrating digital, social media, email, webinar campaigns to drive B2B engagement.

• Curate, plan, and execute large-scale events, ensuring they align with the company’s overall business direction and objectives.

• Oversee all aspects of event marketing, including content creation, promotion, and advertising strategies to maximise event attendance and brand visibility.

• Coordinate event logistics, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of all events.

• Identify, develop, and negotiate strategic partnerships and event sponsorships with businesses, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance event offerings, build brand awareness, and ensure the financial success and value of events.

• Develop and manage budgets for events, ensuring cost-effective execution while delivering high-quality results.

• Handle post campaign/event analysis, evaluating success based on key metrics such as attendee satisfaction, partnership growth, and ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.

• Experience with lead generation, PPC campaigns, content curation, and performance measurement.

• Significant experience in managing and marketing events, with an ability to oversee both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering impactful marketing and event experiences.
