Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Events Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of in-person events, including trade shows and pop-up booths, to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in managing event logistics, as well as developing marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless event experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute in-person events such as trade shows, pop-up booths, and promotional activations. Oversee all logistical elements, including vendor coordination, booth setup, transportation, and staffing requirements.
  • Pop-Up Booth Management: Lead the planning and execution of pop-up booths at various events, ensuring they align with the brand and provide a memorable experience for attendees. This includes coordinating booth design, product displays, promotional materials, and team schedules.
  • Livestream Management (When Necessary): Manage livestreams during events such as pop-up booths or trade shows to engage a broader audience. Ensure seamless technical execution and audience interaction.
  • Marketing Material Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pre-event, during-event, and post-event materials, including digital content, flyers, brochures, signage, and promotional giveaways. Ensure all materials align with the brand’s messaging and goals.
  • Budget Planning & Management: Develop and manage event budgets, including costs for booth design, event space, travel, and promotional materials. Track and monitor expenses to ensure events are executed within budget.
  • Lead Generation & Audience Engagement: Drive lead generation initiatives at events through effective engagement strategies. Collect and track attendee data, ensuring follow-up communications are timely and relevant to maximize conversion.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, event organizers, and partners. Serve as the main point of contact for all event-related matters.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Measure the success of each event through key performance indicators such as attendee engagement, leads generated, and ROI. Prepare post-event reports with insights to improve future events.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new event technologies, and best practices. Provide recommendations for innovative ways to enhance events and boost brand visibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or event management, with a focus on in-person events like trade shows and pop-up booths. Experience managing event budgets and logistics is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex events. Ability to build rapport with clients, event partners, and internal teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience creating and executing marketing materials and campaigns. Strong budget management skills. Comfortable managing and troubleshooting livestream technology (if applicable).
