Marketing Event Specialist – Private Wealth Clients
As moomoo expands its presence from its foundation in the retail to establishing itself in the private wealth sector, the Marketing Event Specialist will play a crucial role in this evolution. This position is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of bespoke marketing events tailored for private wealth clients. By delivering exceptional, bespoke event experiences, this role aims to assist sales to strengthen client relationships, enhance moomoo’s brand reputation, and support business development goals in the private wealth sector, reflecting our commitment to empowering clients with innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution
- Design and execute bespoke events (e.g., exclusive investment forums, lifestyle workshops, and luxury networking events) for private wealth clients.
- Develop a comprehensive event calendar aligned with business objectives and client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery, including venue selection, guest experience, and logistics.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify target client segments and curate events that resonate with their interests.
- Enhance the client experience by integrating personalized elements and value-added services.
Result and Marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop pre-event promotions, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
- Create event-related materials, including presentations, brochures, and other collateral, to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Evaluate event success using key metrics such as client attendance, feedback scores, and business outcomes (e.g., increased AUM).
- Provide detailed post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Monitor budget adherence and ensure cost-effective event management.
This is an individual contributor role. The candidate will take full ownership of events from end to end.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in events gained from private wealth, luxury boutique, or event agencies.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with high-net-worth individuals.
- Passion for events and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese language would be an added advantage.
- Understanding of marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
