Our respected client is looking for a Marketing Director [Head of E-commerce] who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance company's brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive sales through online channels. Leveraging your expertise in marketing within the Philippines' DTC industry, you will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Formulate and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, with a focus on driving traffic, customer acquisition, and retention.
Performance Marketing: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to, social media, search engines, email, and affiliate marketing.
E-commerce Optimization: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the user experience, conversion funnels, and website performance to maximize sales and ROI.
Content Strategy: Develop a robust content strategy that resonates with our target audience, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including digital agencies, media platforms and technology vendors, to drive collaborative initiatives and maximize results.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve the highest ROI and meet established KPIs.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and brand visibility in the DTC landscape of the Philippines.
Deep understanding of marketing channels, tools, and best practices, with expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
Constantly up to date with the latest Social media trends and content to effectively implement a strong marketing and content strategy to maximize our reach and engagement to our target audience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working cross-functionally.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies and initiatives.
