Analyzing market news, trends, local laws, and regulations in the construction sector, and making reports regularly.
Researching the capabilities and experiences of local and overseas strategic partners to establish joint venture partnerships, including arranging meetings and entering into MOU, pre-bid agreements, and joint venture agreements.
Building strong strategic relationships with key construction industry clients, competitors, and vendors.
Overall management of tender preparation, including PQ, securities, and issuing official letters to clients, subcontractors, and financial institutions.
Managing other related business development matters, including tendering and signing contracts with clients, and being able to visit project sites.
