Marketing Director

A home-grown company with over 60 international retail locations spanning ten cities worldwide is seeking a Marketing Director.

Working within a dynamic 10-person team, the Marketing Director will craft and implement impactful marketing and brand strategies to boost reputation, visibility, and business growth across the Beauty & Wellness divisions. This role involves utilizing data-driven insights and best practices across online and offline channels, while leading a team to achieve measurable outcomes through proactive and engaging marketing initiatives effectively communicated across the organization.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a rapidly growing business in a cohesive team environment for an established brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant field.
• Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) certification is a plus.
• At least 10 years of working experience in Marketing, and 3 years within the Beauty & Wellness industry with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), public relations, and other technical skills.
• Results-oriented, composed, and focused on driving success.
• Strong command of English.
