Marketing & CRM Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out various channel initiatives and provide data-driven feedback on their performance.
2. Conduct research on brand awareness and competitors analysis.
3. Conduct working level engagements with business functions to identify new products and develop marketing campaigns.
4. Design marketing campaign theme to enhance engagements with new products and promotions.
5. Execute branding plans to enhance brand reputation.
6. Execute e-commerce implementation plans and analyse e-commerce platform performance to propose enhancements.
7. Execute marketing communication plans and content marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
8. Maintain organisation's social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.
9. Manage communication of brand guidelines across internal stakeholders and monitor feedback.
10. Manage working level relationships with vendors and creative agencies.
11. Monitor development of collaterals across digital marketing platforms.
12. Review industry landscape, digital marketing technologies and competitor products to plan marketing strategies with the Manager.
13. Support the use of technologies, electronic tools and devices.
14. Work with agencies to develop marketing campaign collaterals.
15. Work with internal stakeholders to adopt new digital marketing technologies for current marketing processes.

Requirements:

1. 2 -3 years of working experience in Marketing Communications and CRM
2. Experience with agency management will be an added advantage
3. Knowledge in Salesforce.com will be an added advantage
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
5. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and design principles is a requirement
6. Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
