Job Summary
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through innovative and effective digital marketing strategies. You will oversee marketing campaigns, digital content, and media relations while ensuring that all initiatives contribute to increasing customer engagement and restaurant sales. This role demands a creative thinker with a strong business acumen and a proven track record in delivering measurable results in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales across all TBLA outlets.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through compelling online campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns, using data insights to refine strategies and maximize revenue impact.
Digital and Social Media Marketing
- Plan, develop, and execute a robust social media content calendar aimed at driving customer engagement and visits.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to optimize website visibility and attract high-intent customers.
- Manage and analyze digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), ensuring alignment with sales targets and marketing objectives.
Marketing and Branding
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
- Maintain and update the TBLA website to reflect the latest promotions, ensuring usability and customer-centricity.
- Conceptualize and design impactful marketing materials, including EDMs and campaign visuals, leveraging tools like Photoshop or InDesign.
Collaborations and Partnerships
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and develop partnerships that expand the customer base and increase sales.
- Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and promotions that enhance brand visibility and directly contribute to revenue growth.
Media Relations and Publicity
- Build strong relationships with media partners, bloggers, and influencers to amplify TBLA’s reach and attract new customers.
- Draft and manage press releases, media kits, and on-site visits to ensure positive media coverage that aligns with sales objectives.
Management and Coordination
- Lead the production of TBLA’s quarterly brochure, ensuring high-quality content that drives customer interest and sales.
Coordinate marketing efforts across all outlets, aligning campaigns to create a unified and impactful customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and proven results in increasing sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign ROI and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in social media management, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent for creating compelling marketing materials.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating persuasive marketing messages.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
