Oversee and seek approval for all the marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goal
Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Respond and manage guest’s feedback/comments on all online social media platforms including brand site, IG, Revinate etc.
Assess market opportunities and conduct research to understand customer needs
Conceptualise and implement marketing initiatives and business strategies to meet company's goals and overall business objectives
Lead implementation and management of marketing projects to meet critical deadlines and evaluate campaign effectiveness
Manage day-to-day marketing communications activities including media relations, branding, advertising, public relations and collateral production
Proactively identify and build new media relations and database
Web content management in social media platforms including TripAdvisor and Facebook
Actively engage food and hotel bloggers and journalists
