Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, an esteemed arts institution with a global reputation seeks an administratively strong Manager at the Strategic Communications Office.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be managing the corporate website, which includes the calendar of events, Academy updates, and lead in ongoing service enhancements to improve user experience (UX). You will develop content for bi-monthly e-newsletter to external stakeholders, collate and develop content, microsite and video content for Year-In- Review with appointed agency, develop annual festive greetings artwork with NAFA talents and manage the quality service management inbox and work with relevant departments to attend to complaints and queries.
You will be required to be proficient in speech writing for senior executives, as well as capable of translating work to Chinese, for marketing collaterals and Chinese social media platforms.
In addition, you will be a part of the internal account servicing team to vet collaterals and ensure they are aligned with the NAFA branding guideline.
