Manage key communications channels such as Push Notifications (PN) & Electronic Direct Mailers (eDM)
Conceptualise and craft messages/visuals for target user segments
Assist in scheduling and timely execution of activations
Maintain asset calendar & coordinate across departments/functions to ensure optimal execution
Track and analyse performance of different communications channels
Evaluate and propose recommendations for optimisation
Requirements
Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications, e-commerce or equivalent
Prior experience in Marketing, Copywriting, e-commerce, Channel Marketing or equivalent will be highly advantageous
Strong command of English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multiple-task. Manage expectations and coordinate with counterparts across various departments under tight timelines
Experience with operationally heavy workload is preferred
Independent and self-motivated individual. Highly adaptive to changes in processes and keep an open mind about taking on new, unfamiliar and difficult tasks or projects
