Job Description

Duties of a Marketing Communications Executive include:

Public Relations & Media

  1. Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories to enhance brand visibility.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
  3. Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign performance.

KOL Management

  1. Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers.
  2. Oversee content approvals, contractual agreements, and performance tracking.
  3. Ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Initiatives

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, digital, in-store, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Support the organization and execution of brand activations, events, and photoshoots.
  3. Work cross-functionally to ensure campaign consistency across different marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications.
  2. Strong writing and communication skills for press releases, marketing materials, and stakeholder engagement.
  3. Hands-on experience in media relations, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution.
  4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. A proactive mindset with a passion for brand-building, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
