Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Associate to join our team at Pineapple MMA. In this role, you will play a key role in promoting our brand internationally, driving membership growth, and engaging with our community to share the unique energy and culture of Pineapple MMA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive membership sign-ups and retain current members.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, SEO, digital advertising, and local community outreach.
• Collaborate with coaches and members to create authentic and engaging social media content that highlights our classes, community, and success stories.
• Propose and execute content strategies that will take our social media following from 10K to 100K.
• Build partnerships with businesses and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
• Build relationships with parents to support the growth and retention of our Children’s Programme.
• Support front-of-house duties to deepen product and consumer knowledge.
• Be involved in operational tasks to identify areas of improvement for an elevated customer experience.
• Be able to commit to a 6-day work week, including weekends.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess These Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Must have some work experience. Marketing and social media experience is preferred but not a must.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Passion for fitness, martial arts, or community engagement is a plus.
• Highly familiar with creating engaging content for social media, or demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in basic tools such as Canva, Capcut.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with interacting with clients on a daily basis and handling difficult conversations in a professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
