About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team at LIVINGSTONE HEALTH LTD as a Marketing Assistant Manager. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will play a key part in delivering the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. With a focus on marketing communications, you will support the broader marketing team in creating engaging content and campaigns to promote LIVINGSTONE HEALTH LTD's products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  2. Create compelling marketing content such as social media posts, website copy, brochures, and presentations.
  3. Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  4. Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for innovative marketing approaches.

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications or Marketing Communications industry.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  3. Proficient in using marketing tools and technologies, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics software.
  4. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  5. Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for developing effective marketing strategies.
  6. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Candidates with advanced qualifications and extensive experience may be considered for a managerial or leadership role.
