Job Scope:

• Events and bookings of facilities, liaising with teams such as facilities, finance, and security.
• Facilities rental management.
• Creation of marketing collaterals.
• Website updates and changes.
• Monitor social media on all channels.
• Ability to deal with ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
• Organising and filing documents and computer-based information.
• Creating bi-weekly newsletters.
• Assist in conducting market research.
• Monitor competitor activity.
• Involvement in events and activities as required.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders, and reporting manager.
