Job description

1. Product Development & Supply Chain Management

  1. Establish and maintain partnerships with local OEM/ODM manufacturers in Singapore to ensure product production aligns with brand standards and market demands.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on skincare trends in Singapore and Southeast Asia, gathering consumer insights to support new product development.
  3. Proactively identify and engage with raw material suppliers, packaging vendors, and other partners to optimize the supply chain, ensuring product quality and cost competitiveness.
  4. Coordinate product R&D and production processes, liaising with manufacturers on formulation, packaging, efficacy testing, and other key stages to ensure timely product launches.

2. Local Market Promotion & Brand Operations

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for the brand in the Singapore market to enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
  2. Monitor trends across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Lemon8 to optimize social media content strategy.
  3. Operate and manage local social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
  4. Collaborate with overseas KOLs/KOCs to build brand recognition in the local market.

3. Cross-Team Communication & Market Expansion

  1. Act as a bridge between the Singapore and China markets, maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners to support coordinated brand development across both regions.
  2. Research local skincare industry trends in Singapore to identify market opportunities and drive expansion across online and offline sales channels.

Job Requirements:

  1. Background in Marketing, Brand Management, Cosmetic Science, or relevant experience is preferred.
  2. Experience in the skincare/cosmetics industry, with familiarity in product development, quality control, and marketing processes.
  3. Proven experience in social media operations, with a strong understanding of local trends and user preferences in Singapore. Able to collaborate effectively with the China-based marketing team.
  4. Excellent communication and cross-cultural coordination skills to seamlessly work with both local and China-based teams.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market feedback to optimize marketing strategies and product planning.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude. Willing to take on multiple responsibilities and contribute to the brand’s rapid growth in a dynamic environment.
