Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. To liaise with customers on queries and complaints
2. To co-ordinate with production to plan shipment to customers
3. To liaise with shipping companies and customers on delivery arrangements
4. To be a team member of ISO and GMP-compliance internal audit
5. Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2 years experience
2. Relevant Diploma or equivalent
3. Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills and mature personality
4. Ability to deal with forwarders and familiarity with shipment procedures
5. Proficient in Word and Excel
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
7. Singaporeans and permanent residents only
8. Fresh graduates may also apply

Working Hours: Five working days from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm

Location: Take bus number 79 or 246 from Boon Lay MRT (10 minutes bus journey)
