About the role:

Join us as a Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager and take the lead in driving our marketing strategy, business development, and corporate communications. In this dynamic role, you’ll shape regional growth plans, spearhead brand and content initiatives, and manage investor and media relations. You’ll also enhance internal communications and employer branding. If you're a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling, branding, and team development, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth, including market evaluation, demand generation, strategic partnerships, and brand positioning, while providing insights to support planning and decision-making.

  • Craft and manage the company’s investment narrative while overseeing investor, media, and internal communications to ensure compliance, strengthen engagement, and uphold brand reputation.

  • Lead media relations and develop external communication materials to support strategic messaging for investor and analyst engagements.

  • Drive internal engagement through events and content, while promoting a strong employer brand via strategic communication.

  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing content across platforms, including website updates and digital campaigns with agencies.

  • Coordinate with HR for team’s training and development including mentoring and succession planning

  • Ensure adherence to information security and safety standards, support risk and crisis communication, and uphold company SOPs for operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in the relevant field with minimally 2 years of supervisory experience.

  • Possesses minimally a bachelor’s degree in the related field.

  • Strong command of English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, as communicating with Chinese stakeholders are required.

  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Able to collaborate with different stakeholders from internal and external.

  • Demonstrate strong crisis management skills.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, self-motivated, initiative taker and ability to work independently.

  • Have a growth mindset and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
