Job Title: Marketing and Communications Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing and Communications Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing strategies to promote the organization's mission, vision, services, and products. This individual will manage content creation, digital marketing efforts, relationship management, and tracking marketing performance. The role also includes event coordination, email marketing, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to promote the mission, vision, services, and products of the organization.
- Conceptualize and design digital and print marketing materials aligned with the company’s objectives.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that align with company core values.
- Proactively build and nurture effective working relationships across all departments.
Digital Presence & Content Creation:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of websites, social media platforms, and other online marketing channels.
- Create engaging content to drive brand awareness and enhance the company’s image.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Build and maintain a robust database for email marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute effective email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand values.
Performance Analysis & ROI Tracking:
- Track and analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations to improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or related roles, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Digital marketing proficiency (websites, social media, SEO/SEM, EDM).
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools to measure performance and ROI.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee event planning and execution.
- Excellent writing, editing, and design skills for creating marketing materials.
