Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities:

Design and develop marketing materials, packaging, and other promotional tools.

• Assist in managing the design and production process for all brochures, flyers, and other literature.

• Support, coordinate, and assist with all marketing materials.

• Produce both print and digital marketing and promotional content.

• Create and deliver corporate newsletters and social media content.

• Develop brochures, packaging designs, and other marketing communication materials in line with Global Brand Identity (GBI) guidelines.

Support role in marketing administration and execution of marketing communication strategies.

• Provide administrative assistance.

• Maintain and update website design and content.

• Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.

• Execute marketing communication campaigns and strategies for key stakeholders and customer references.

• Assist with multimedia tasks such as photography and videography.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication or related field.

• Passionate about social media and creating impactful content.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.

• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Other Information:

• 5 days’ work week.

• 8.30am – 5.30pm.

• We are located in Sungei Kadut and provide transport to and fro Yew Tee MRT.
