Job Description

1. Assign leads asap or latest within an hour (inclusive of after office hour) on CRM system to sales person and follow up the lead status.
2. Manage all incoming emails, WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone calls enquiries.
3. Handle vehicles spare key and manual book.
4. Update on hand stock list tally with SGCM.
5. Update brand new price list & price amendment and send to WhatsApp price list group.
6. Reshuffling sales staff in SGCM every month.
7. Handle SGCM daily refresh ads including weekends & public holiday.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirement

1. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Must possess at least N level.
3. Good communication skills.
