PulseSync Pte Ltd, a purpose-driven IT/technology company, aspires to transform aged care for the future where people can age better. Founded in 2007, PulseSync is a Singapore company, with a wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia and presence in the USA and China. We serve and transform a myriad of aged care providers such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, retirement homes, day rehabilitation centres, senior care centres, active ageing centres, home care providers, hospices, etc.

Leveraging practical disruption, innovation, and technology, our flagship products are tailored for aged care provision and comprise IngoT (cloud-based care management software), Gym Tonic (integrated strength training management system), and Raisoft (cloud-based interRAI care assessment software). IngoT is a holistic system that drives productivity, improves operational insights, and empowers aged care providers to better focus on what they do best, Person-Centered Care. While Gym Tonic embraces "Exercise As Medicine" by mainstreaming strength training for seniors with an evidence-based, extremely safe, and easily accessible solution to tackle age-related frailty and loss of muscle mass, thus extending their independence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a MARKET DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join our team to help continue our growth, locally and internationally.

This is a multi-faceted and evolving role, and you are expected to work in a high-paced but fun, exciting, and supportive environment. You shall be constantly challenged to step out of your comfort zone, pioneer and try new ideas, make impromptu pitches and presentations, acquire new skills, and dabble in exciting assignments and projects of various natures.

Akin to an "apprenticeship", you will work closely with (and be mentored by) our Managing Director to grow our business and social impact, both locally and internationally. In a way, you will have the privilege to be in the "front row seat", observing and engaging key stakeholders, strategic partners, investors, and prospects. Your duties shall include:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support market and business development including ventures into new frontiers and overseas markets.
  • Involve in Business Development/Pre-sales activities (demos, pitching, workshops, etc.) or special assignments.
  • Draft business plans, MOUs, and proposals.
  • Support strategic projects (e.g. proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, pilots, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis.
  • Identify, initiate, and forge partnerships with local and overseas partners, vendors, and research institutions.
  • Drive strategic marketing and public/media events.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience (management trainee, account management, public relations, sales, business development, etc.).
  • Prior experience working for early-stage startups and/or in Healthtech, Eldercare, Sport Science, Wellness/Fitness industry will be an added advantage.
  • Passion for innovation and digital transformation, or interest in the eldercare space.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and boundless energy.
  • Excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Able to work and think independently.
  • Comfortable with evolving roles and light traveling.
