(Maritime) Asset Management Senior Executive

Job Description:

• Support the Manager in managing a fleet of LNG carriers
• Owner representative for a fleet of LNG carriers on long term charterer
• Ensure effective communication and co-ordination with Charterer, Owners, and Ship Technical Managers
• Ensure effective governance and compliance of all commercial and ship management contracts
• Ensure vigorous control and review of ship technical manager actual spend v budget
• Prepare quarterly / year end OPEX reports with variance analysis for manager review and sign off.
• Ensure safe and reliable transportation of LNG and maximize Owner profits
• Support LNG and Offshore division in managing customer relationships and enhancing overall commercial value.
• Support insurance manager and minimize impact to P&L
• Owner representative for industry events
• Provide commercial/operational support to business development/project teams when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Maritime Business or related field
• A good working knowledge of LNG/LPG/Tankers shipping commercial operations
• Familiarity with LNG/LPG/Tankers time charter/shipbuilding contractual terms and associated commercial agreements.
• Ability to read basic financial statements
• Good cultural awareness with the ability to engage with various stakeholders worldwide
