Marine Superintendent (Chemical Tankers)

Our client provides technical and commercial management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange a timely follow up oil major vetting inspections.
• Perform annual onboard navigation audits, preferably during a short voyage.
• Monitor all vessels on operational issues such as loading, discharging, tank cleaning, and grade change.
• Arrange external safety audits and onboard training with the appointed audit or training company.
• Assist in the implementation of health, safety, security, quality and environmental policies.

Requirements:

• Chief Officer Certificate or Master’s License
• At least 5 years of sailing as a Chief Officer experience in Chemical Tankers.
• Good in ship vetting by majors, ship and terminal operations.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations.
