What You'll Do:
As a Marine Superintendent, you'll ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations for a world-class fleet. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving safety and compliance, with a focus on chemical tanker operations.
• Monitoring navigational practices and conducting regular audits.
• Managing senior officer performance, development, and appraisals.
• Collaborating on fleet optimization and sustainability initiatives.
• Preparing vessels for inspections and ensuring readiness for audits.

What You'll Bring:

• A Class 2 Certificate of Competency or equivalent maritime qualifications.
• Extensive seagoing experience as a Chief Officer, with chemical tanker expertise.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, committed to building a robust safety culture.
• (Bonus) A Class 1 Master's Certificate of Competency with command experience.
