Marine Service Engineer [ Diesel Engine ]

• Specialist in repairing & servicing diesel engine

Requirements:

• Possess degree in marine / mechanical / engineering qualification
• At least 3 years of related experience as Marine Service Engineer.
• Hands-on experiences in trouble-shooting, maintenance and repair is an added advantage
• Maintenance experience in marine engine makers like MAN and Wartsila
• Willing to work in shipyard / anchorage environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform the repair, maintenance or overhaul of marine diesel engines 2 & 4 stroke under supervision of Engineer / Technicians.
• Comply with all the requirements to carry out the jobs in the shipyards or anchorages.
• Lifting and shifting heavy components of engine back to workshop for repair / recondition and vice-versa.
• Ensure prompt response and smooth communication with the customers
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Operation Manager
