Marine Sales Representative (SC/SPR Only)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Gather vessel details and pricing information from the market for marine dredging and construction projects.
2. Handle the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation and quotation to payment collection.
3. Promote and provide safety services to clients.
4. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on market research.
5. Negotiate terms with clients and ensure contracts meet company and client needs, with expertise in updated marine laws, terms, and conditions.
6. Ensure that all vessel details, quotes, and sales data are accurately recorded and digitalized, maintaining comprehensive databases.
7. Manage the post-sales process, including follow-ups, client support, and securing payments.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or Business Administration.
2. Additional certifications in marine operations or sales management would be an advantage.
3. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in marine dredging, construction, or related industries.
4. Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and managing post-sales processes.
5. Experience in sourcing vessel details and cost estimation in the marine sector.
6. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events. Possessing own transportation will be an advantage.
7. A network of contacts within the marine industry is a significant plus.
8. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
9. Self-initiative and ability to handle projects independently.
