Marcom Manager (Luxury Brand) (Great Environment)

Our Client, an established luxury brand from Switzerland, is looking for a Marcom Manager to join them!

Responsibilities

• Develop media strategies, review press releases, and advertorials for approval by the General Manager.
• Cultivate strong media relations to maintain brand awareness.
• Secure qualitative editorial support and photo shoots through various outreach methods.
• Stay updated on the evolving media landscape, covering print and digital platforms.
• Maintain an updated media contact list for email and physical distribution.
• Monitor competitors' Public Relation coverage, events, and advertising.
• Plan annual magazine orders based on marketing plans.
• Manage magazine consumption and inventory within budgeted levels.
• Handle visual requests for new POS openings and renovations.
• Prepare annual budgets for the marketing and communication department.
• Provide monthly budget updates to the Sales and Marketing Director and General Manager.
• Ensure advertising and event spending stays within budgeted levels.
• Collaborate with local and overseas agencies for visual arrangements.
• Recommend tactical advertising and advertorial strategies to boost brand awareness and image.
• Analyze media investments and editorial coverage across all platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute Public Relation and retailer events.
• Work with the Trade Marketing team on Public Relation aspects of institutional events.
• Manage and monitor event budgets to ensure adherence.
• Provide post-event reports to the Sales and Marketing Director, General Manager, and the Bulletin Board.

Requirements

1. At least a Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
2. A minimum of three years managerial experience in the relevant industry, preferably within the luxury sector. Preferably from the Watch or Jewellery Industry.
3. Strong in Marcom and team leading skillset.
