Marcom Director - N.Tan

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marcom Director.

As the Marcom Director, you will lead the development of marketing, communications, and content strategies to enhance the brand of a leading organization. You will oversee marketing, digital marketing, communications, and service quality efforts, building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to support business goals.
• Align messaging and branding across departments.
• Increase brand awareness using both traditional and digital channels.
• Manage social media accounts and content creation.
• Explore new platforms and channels for audience engagement.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Measure and report the performance of marketing and digital efforts.
• Develop and execute communications strategies, including PR, media outreach, and multimedia content.
• Create compelling content for target audiences, such as media, public, and partners.
• Lead public relations initiatives, including press releases, speeches, and media responses.
• Build strong media relationships to enhance brand recall.
• Collaborate with business units to integrate media strategies into marketing campaigns.
• Manage crisis communications and prepare proactive plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in Marketing Communications in a leadership role
• Proven experience in crisis communications and strategy development.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
